Today added a small short VXX position half way through the day, as well as added to some existing UVXY put spreads I already had on. The psychology of a spike actually gets a lot easier as you continue to trade the short vol world and get used to it!

I would have to agree. There’s a psychological component to overcome, but once you do…easier each time. I tend to think a discipline is built along the way also.
