The S&P 500 $SPX has just gone 12 straight days without a single +0.5% daily return for the first time in 2019. It did the same thing 3 times (excluding overlaps) in 2018, though. -

Unless you get assigned early for whatever reason, depending on your brokerage. Wayne does use spreads in the Trading Room, but it’s not something I’m comfortable using.
