Affected by internal and external factors, more than 70.0% of men who have sex with men (MSM) have the intention to get married, and more than 90.0% of MSM view marriage as inevitable. Due to the marriage, there merges a group of women who are heterosexual partners of MSM and also known as’tongqi’ (TQ). Because MSM is a high-risk group infected with HIV, together with the existence of other predisposing factors, the TQ population is also under increased risk of HIV infection. This article summarizes the definition, population scale, physical health problems, and risk factors of HIV infection among TQ with the purpose of providing evidence for the implementation on the follow-up prevention and control programs of sexually transmitted diseases for the TQ population. To systematically analyze the status of the standardization of basic public health services, the project of basic public health service equalization and the first round of national pilot projects of the standardization of basic public services are carried out to provide support for the promotion of the standardization and equalization of basic public health services. The information about above-mentioned three aspects related to national basic public health services were collected, and a systematic comparison of standardization of basic public health services with the 14 specifications in the National Basic Public Health Service Specification (the 3(th) Edition) and the 51 pilot projects in the Notice of Carrying Out the Pilot Work of National Basic Public Service Standardization was conducted. The current public health standards are basically in line with the requirement of the resident health record management service specifications. However, the public health standards related to public health projects in other 13 service specifications and national basic public health service standardization pilot projects are incomplete or absent. The current public health standards cannot fully meet the requirements of the implementation of national basic public health services. In the process of promoting the equalization of basic public health service, it is urgent to develop targeted public health standards in related fields. Objective To keep abreast of the latest prevalence, distribution and hot spot changes of human brucellosis in the world. Methods Officially provided national reports were used as the first hand while the epidemiological data from the World Organization for Animal Health were the second data, regarding the human brucellosis. The annual incidence of each country was calculated by data extraction and transformation and the global distribution of human brucellosis was described. Results The high incidence rates of brucellosis were seen in countries as Kenya (203.07 cases per 100 000), Yemen (89.96), Syria (47.26), Greece (42.96) and Eritrea (21.82). Compared with”The new global map of human brucellosis”written by Georgios Pappas, et al. in 2006, the situation of brucellosis in many epidemic areas has improved. However, new hot spots of this disease continue to appear, especially in Africa and the Middle East countries with incidence of the disease fluctuating. Conclusion In the past ten years, the global incidence and distribution of brucellosis have changed greatly, in many countries. Objective To analyze the level and trend of low birth weight mortality in children under 1 year old in China from 2004 to 2018. Methods The published Data Set of National Mortality Surveillance from 2004 to 2018 was used to analyze the low birth weight mortality rate, constituent ratio and changing trend in boys and girls, in urban area and rural area and in different regions in China. The Joinpoint regression model fitted by the weighted least square method was used to analyze the time variation trend and calculate the annual percentage change (APC), the average annual percentage change (AAPC) and their 95% confidence intervals in each time period. Results From 2004 to 2018, the low birth weight mortality rate in children under 1 year old in China showed a decreasing trend with an AAPC of -8.0% (95%CI -10.6% –5.4%). The differences between boys and girls, between urban area and rural area and among different regions gradually reduced. From 2004 to 2018, the constituent ratio of low birth weight mortality sh children living in central and western regions should be the key population for maternal and child health care. Objective To examine the trend of burden on ischemic heart disease (IHD) and epidemiological transition on related risk factors among the Chinese population from 1990 to 2017. Methods Based on open access data from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2017 Study, we used years of life lost (YLD), years lived with disability (YLL), and disability-adjusted of life years (DALY) to describe the changes of IHD burden stratified by different sex and age groups from 1990 to 2017. We applied population-attributable faction (PAF) to analyze the burden attributable to risk factors and epidemiological transition. Results In 2017, rates on YLD, YLL, and DALY for IHD were 74.2/100 000, 2 459.6/100 000, and 2 523.1/100 000, respectively. A2ti1 DALY rate and YLL rate for IHD in males were invariably higher than those in females except for YLD rate in females. 24 modifiable risk factors were causally associated with IHD. The top five risk factors that influencing DALYs, PAF, and DALY rate in 2017 appeared as high blood pressure (16.F occurred for beverages with high sugar content (400.0%). DALY rates increased for the 8 risk factors whereas decreased on the 7 risk factors, in consecutive rankings between 2007 and 2017. Conclusions Despite the fact that burden on IHD-caused premature death had been reducing, related disabilities remain challenging with IHD the leading cause of burden, particularly in the ≥70 year-olds. Higher IHD burden from premature death was seen in males but disability appeared higher in females. It is significantly important to strengthen programs on prevention and control for hypertension including reducing modifiable risk factors such as smoking, unreasonable diet habits.
