He is spot on with his reporting of China’s joint ventures with other nearby countries. I experienced this firsthand as a cargo 747 Captain flying into China’s neighboring countries several years ago. I also spoke to high level Expats (CEOs/Buyers/Financiers) who were in these countries negotiating deals. Since I’m now working for the largest airline (Miami based) and my most recent travels to South America, I have seen a huge influx of the Chinese populace to certain areas as they have an affinity to seek out new business.
